The Wisconsin State AFL-CIO 29th Biennial Convention

Kevin Gundlach, President of the South Central Federation of Labor, called the Convention to Order. Mahlon Mitchell, President of the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin, and the Fire Fighters Honor Guard proceeded with opening ceremonies with the Presentation of the Colors. Laura Long of Madison sang the national anthem. Pastor Shelia Stubbs, Dane County Board of Supervisors and End Time Ministries International Church provided the Invocation.

Report of the Rules Committee was read by George Walls, CWA, and adopted by the delegates.
